Step 1
Schedule an Inspection

You schedule an inspection with one of our roofing professionals.

We inspect your roof and determine whether there is enough damage to warrant filing an insurance claim. If we find sufficient damage we will take photos to show you and let you decide how you'd like to proceed.

Step 3
Easy Claim Filing Support

You decide you're moving forward with a claim. This is as easy as a 5 minute phone call with your insurance company or filing it online which can be done 24 hours a day. If this process is intimidating we understand and would be more than happy to assist you with this process.

You filed your claim! Congratulations you've already done the most difficult part of getting yourself a new roof!

Step 5
Coordinating with Your Field Adjuster

The next thing that will happen will be the insurance company reaching out to let you know you've been assigned a field adjuster. This is the individual responsible for physically inspecting and documenting any damage your roof may have. He acts on behalf of the insurance company, we act on behalf of you from a professional construction standpoint. This is why it is imperative that you let your Delta Roofworx Representative know what day and time to meet your adjuster so that we can be on the roof together and make sure you are taken care of.

Step 6
Finalizing Your Claim with the Desk Adjuster

What's next? The field adjuster sends his report back to a desk adjuster for their final say. The desk adjuster will work up an estimate based on your zip code and what fair market value is in your area. The document they will send you is usually called a "statement of loss" or "settlement letter." This will detail out exact what the insurance company is willing to pay for your roof.

Step 7
Final Step: Review, Choose, and Schedule

We sit down together and review this document to make sure they're paying for everything that you need. If they are, you pick a shingle color, we sign contracts and schedule your start date for construction. It's really that easy.
